Scenes of DEI promotion around my research activities

From Presenter :
I would like to introduce my research activities in the field of astronomy and
discuss some scenes that made me think about DEI promotion during the activity.
Different fields of research have different approaches in the DEI promotion,
so I also would like to hear different examples from participants in the later part
of the session. Graduate and undergraduate students are welcome to join the
discussions.
