Support is offered to researchers to help them achieve an effective work-life balance so that they don’t have to abandon their research due to childbirth, childcare, nursing care, and other family responsibilities. TUMUG also provides information on events, projects, facilities, and programs related to work-life balancing to further contribute to work-life balance support and improvement of conditions across the university.
